1. Introduction

– Our team will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your requirements

4. Booking & Agreement Process
– Once we confirm availability, we will prepare a rental or lease agreement
– All terms, pricing, and conditions will be clearly stated in the agreement
– You must review and accept the agreement before vehicle delivery
– A signed agreement is binding and creates a legal contract
– Payment terms and methods will be specified in the agreement

5. Vehicle Rental Terms
– The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time
– Late returns will incur additional daily charges as specified in your agreement
– You are responsible for fuel; return the vehicle with a full tank
– The vehicle must be in the same condition as delivered (normal wear and tear excepted)
– You must report any damage immediately
– Excessive mileage charges apply if mileage exceeds the agreed allowance

6. Vehicle Leasing Terms
– Lease agreements are binding contracts for the specified duration
– Monthly payments are due on the scheduled date as specified in your agreement
– You are responsible for regular maintenance and insurance
– Excessive wear and tear charges apply at lease end

– The vehicle must be returned in good condition at lease end

8. Insurance Requirements
– Comprehensive insurance is mandatory for all rentals and leases

– Your insurance must cover the specific vehicle and rental/lease period
– Uninsured use of our vehicles is prohibited and may result in legal action

9. Prohibited Uses
You must not:
– Use the vehicle for illegal activities
– Permit unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

– Smoke in the vehicle
– Transport hazardous materials
– Drive outside agreed territories

10. Cancellation & Refunds
